Sometimes there are minor bugs which make our work slow (sometimes we have to wait for several minutes before refreshing pages), so try to use another browser while accessing gmedia website. I would say that GMedia does what they promise - provides excellent customer support. We have used their services for more than 10 years now and never had any problems.
