Before When I bought this water filter I didn't read a single review, it doesn't give any info on the installation and where the filter was made or what's in the filter I ran water through the filter for 10 minutes, first the water was cloudy, but there was never no black carbon powder to be seen in the water. after 10 minutes the water is better. compared to the real multipure filter, i let the water run for half an hour, the water still came out of the filter very black .in the end I returned the water filter because I found the water looks like milky, even though I boiled the water after three days of use, the milky appearance is still there find. I expect the filtered water to taste clean and fresh. This filter is completely no communication with my customers I believe that if to The company will provide some information about the filter, we will feel better and have more confidence in the product. The price is cheaper than the real Multipure. However, I'm not sure what kind of material is inside the filter. As a result, I abandoned this filter.
