Excellent knife. - Cutlery and knife accessories

Excellent knives. It's light, well balanced and very sharp. I'm sure there are better knives out there, and there are definitely more expensive ones, but for the home cook who enjoys cooking at home, this is a great tool. If you're used to the knives you buy from places like Wal-Mart, you'll be amazed at how they cut things. Be careful with your fingers. As an uncoordinated fool, I cut myself with this knife for the first time!
