In summer I like to go for an early morning walk before it gets too hot. Even with sunglasses I find the morning sun quite dazzling. Hats are too hot for me so I recently decided to try a visor to see how it works. I first ordered the full size No Headache Visor which measures around 3 inches. While the beak length would have been great for the midday sun, it wasn't long enough to block out the early morning sun. So I ordered the medium sized No Headache Visor which is about 4 inches. Unfortunately, the longer beak was too short to block out the early morning sun even with my sunglasses. If I tilt the visor down a bit, it slides straight down. I guess I could try bigger sunglasses but I'd rather not. In terms of fit, I found the visor to be a little tight, with the rear ends pressing against my head. I don't consider my head big, just average. The No Headache visors also come with an adjustable strap that might fit me and a few other people. In summary I think this medium sized No Headache visor would be a decent visor for the right person but not for me. Taking off stars for fit, not for not helping the morning sun.
