My electronic meat thermometer broke and I was looking for a new one. After reading some reviews on the "Probe" style and knowing how much I'm willing to spend, I settled on this one. I am very comfortable. The temperature rises immediately and is very easy to read. So easy to wash and store. It comes with a probe cover for safe storage.
