I really wanted to like this monitor. Set up quickly. The picture was all I could hope for. Port c is great for connecting to my work PC when needed. The dots design looks very nice. Unfortunately I have a problem with the USB upstream driver. Windows shows an exclamation mark in the device manager. I also had some problems with the DP port. The latter may have been user error, although Banq only supplied a cable with a mini connector on one side, which meant I had to dig up an old cable (because the monitor and graphics card have full-size connectors) to connect it testing, so I wasn't sure if it was a problem with the cable, the connector, or some other setting. If there was fast, knowledgeable tech support I could probably work things out, but the chat support took sooooo long to get an answer, usually to the wrong address, that I finally gave up and sent the monitor back. I'm not sure if my USB and DP connections were dodgy and now I'll never know...because spending two hours on a weekday getting answers for a new monitor is too long. I know the 10 year old Dell I am currently using does not have an error code for downstream USB.
