SECOND UPDATE: Seller's number he's calling you from has only voicemail (no one picks up) so he can check calls. They called once but of course I missed it. I haven't had any other success getting them and I assume this is intentional. This seller will sell you a heat press for $500, it will eventually catch fire and they will never help you. Go with any other heat press/seller. UPDATE: I've only had it since mid/late May when I heard a spark inside and it suddenly caught fire in the same year and this morning! DO NOT buy this product. This is not only short-lived, but also dangerous. If I hadn't been in the room when it happened my house might have caught fire. Try to find out how to contact the seller. I've been using it for about a week now and so far as good as I can find. No specific remarks, but 1. It's not white :/ It's a grey-beige color. 2. I'm afraid it won't last long as it makes random ringing noises when heated. Hoping this is exactly what it does and won't be a problem in the future. The size is great.
