Review on LYUSan Stainless Multifunctional Vegetable Shredding by Sherri Evans

When this set first came out I was a bit skeptical as the current price is around $5 and I'm not too familiar with this brand. The box is simple, it just has a photo of the onion cutter used, and there is a knife and vegetable peeler in the box. I ordered this set more for the onion holder so I'm considering the vegetable peeler as a bonus. The peeler has a ceramic blade and is held by a swiveling plastic part. The handle of the peeler is also made of plastic, which is somewhat flexible. I prefer that cleaners don't give them much. It flexes so much that it's fairly easy to remove the plastic turning piece from the knife handle if desired. Therefore, this cleaner is more suitable for light pressure when cleaning certain things. it works pretty well, but because it's so flexible, it has its limitations. Well bow holder, this thing seems to be very durable. The metal pins are easy to put in a bow or something similar. These pins don't bend too easily, they are very strong. The handle is plastic with a metal grip, but that plastic handle is also quite sturdy and gives me enough room to grip my hand. When measuring the bow holder I found it to be slightly larger than the sizes on this listing. , but not much. The whole thing is about 5.5 inches long, the metal pins are 2.75 inches, and the handle is about 3.75 inches wide. I've used this set a few times, more like an onion holder than a potato peeler. , but it seems designed more for light work as it is somewhat flexible. Bow holder, it's very strong, sturdy and does what it's supposed to. The price is pretty decent for this set, I have no complaints!
