Couldn't turn it on

Bought a few days ago and still not able to turn it on. It only powers on via USB and they only provide a USB cable, no adapter. So you assume it will work if you plug it into your computer, no. It seems that the performance of the PC is not enough. Tried the phone's power adapter, nothing. They then point out that you might need a 5V/4A adapter when connecting to the RPi, but it doesn't have a 3.5mm power input jack, it only has USB, so now you can also use a 3.5 -mm to usb adapter need to find as ac adapter dc/dc power adapter and see if it works. zero stars.
