I like how it syncs with Microsoft Office which makes entering jobs very easy for our staff to do. There are times when we have problems. Sometimes if there has been a server crash or downtime this will take the site down or freeze up so you cannot log into your account until things come back online. But aside from that everything works well! We use fiiX at my job as our CMBS/Maint Manager and its extremely useful. The integration with Excel allows us quick access to information we might not normally be able to get otherwise by pulling reports through our accounting software. I like that it has an easy to use interface with many different features for my shop needs as well as being able to be used online from home or anywhere there's internet access available! The customer service can sometimes take longer than they need too but overall this program does what its supposed 2 do very efficiently!! Nothing really at all i don't think so far unless maybe some other users have had issues? Not sure if thats because we are newbies using fiix though haha.
