They're pretty grippy, comfortable and just the right size for me. My problem is that they don't fit the Xbox One controller, they slide, lean and fall. Not cool considering they are quite expensive for what they are. I was actually able to fix it, I took duct tape and cut it into little strips and then glued them to the underside of the control freaks where they meet the joysticks. There was a small bulge in the gasket that they actually had to put on my joysticks. Oh and let's say you're playing something intense, for me it was Maneater, they're going to fall no matter what you do.
