I really like them because they are softer and a bit more grippy, but I am not satisfied with the feel. This is my third KontrolFreeks kit but the first one I've been able to put on so quickly. A stick of medium height is - after about 100 hours - almost smooth. High rise is better but my other KontrolFreeks have +200 hours and look untouched.

I love Control Frix. I bought my first pair 4 years ago with a GameStop gift card because I couldn't find anything to buy. Decided to try them out. You changed my game! The extra increase in movement is insane. They are permanent too! I bought this pair because the pair I bought 4 years ago finally retired. I could keep using them but figured why not buy new ones! This is an amazing value proposition that can really take you to the next level.

These grips are fine. I've used Vortex grips and Galaxy grips aren't that good. Raised engravings cause thumb strain and they slip a bit. I might have to wear them a bit, but the Vortex has more grip and a bit more feel from the bulbous thumb on the right side. I play Destiny and in my testing the maximum setting of 10 worked well with the Galaxy grip (with calloused thumbs ;-)), while I had to lower it to 9 on Vortex for the same effect.

They fit the joysticks well and don't fall off (have been playing with them for a few months now) and look good. I can't say that they necessarily contribute to the "performance" of the game, but I will say that they allow your hands to feel a little more comfortable (so maybe that adds something). I have big hands (6ft 4in tall). Finally, the color is white, but be aware that they are a bit off-white. On a controller other than white, you'll never know.

They're pretty grippy, comfortable and just the right size for me. My problem is that they don't fit the Xbox One controller, they slide, lean and fall. Not cool considering they are quite expensive for what they are. I was actually able to fix it, I took duct tape and cut it into little strips and then glued them to the underside of the control freaks where they meet the joysticks. I bought these pads to improve grip on the Xbox S controller joystick. They work better than the silicone options and the rubber is better quality, but the downside is how they attach to the joystick. The part that comes in contact with the joystick is harder than the pad itself, 3 prongs are used for attachment. This product is primarily a good idea promoted by the wrong people when your joysticks get a little worn out (which happens to everyone when you use a controller to play games use). These things don't work at all, it's said they just slide off when you move the joystick. And they also do not fit replacement joysticks, only the OEM Xbox.
