I have a brand new Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. I connected my phone to this charger and the green charging light came on for about 10 seconds and then went off. I thought; maybe that's how things work. Well, I came back 30 minutes later and the battery life was a few% lower than when I started. I put it back on the charger and the green light went on and on again for about 10 seconds and then went off again. I even tried laying the phone horizontally instead of vertically. NO DIFFERENCE. The description said my phone was compatible so it either wasn't or it was a waste product.
