Worked great right from the start. True plug and play technology. Installed the card in a PCIe slot (it was x16, but the size of the PCIe slot doesn't matter). The two serial ports on the card showed up as PCIe COM ports, but the driver didn't install. I inserted the driver disk that came with the card and went to the folder indicated in the instructions. started the installation application; and that was all it took. The correct drivers have been successfully installed; ;COM ports of the card received port numbers (COM2 and COM3); and they started working flawlessly. Pretty cheap card that works great. With Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
