The best thing about this platform is it's simplicity of use - which makes any business owner or manager feel like he/she can manage his contracts in just few clicks! It also has some features such as automatic renewal reminders etc., where you don't have to go through each individual contract manually for renewals.

I wish there was more automation options so i dont need to do manual work but at least they are working towards having all these functions automatically available eventually. We were searching platforms online with ease-of-use factor and good customer service support when we came across smartcontracts. As soon as we signed up and went live within couple days our clients started asking us questions regarding their contracts using SMART CONTRACTS!! And not one single person complained after getting answers and solving issues via emails!
