Doesn't work but great customer service

Installed this like many others after installing a FASS lift pump (165) on my 2012 GMC 2500HD. There will be no pressure no matter how tight I tighten it. I tried other oil seals, lubricated the oil seals, well, nothing, flash, nada. Now everything is scratched from struggling with it with every wrench I had, so I didn't expect a refund. Support said return it as damaged for a full refund. The product didn't work but the customer service was great
