This scooter is the perfect size for children. The steering wheel is easily adjusted by turning and pressing the metal knob. I love that it can grow with my child. It's smooth and spins easily. It takes my child some time to learn how to balance on it but I think he will get used to it in just a few days. The steering wheel is fixed. The lights are cool but a little distracting at the moment as we're still learning. It takes (3) AA batteries and there is a switch and button on the bottom to cycle through different lighting modes. It's definitely light and small enough to take with you to the park. It folds up for storage, which is very convenient.
