Very easy to use item. It took me a second to figure out how to put the batteries in, but I was able to intuitively remove the case and put them in. I've tried it with a bottle, I have to say it works pretty well. It looks like it's holding a vacuum, although there's a chance some air will come back. It seems to hold pressure all the time and can start the engine when needed. An interesting auto-stop feature when tilted at an angle to prevent wine being sucked into the pump. Not bad.
