"Disaster Zone" I think that's what my husband said about our garage. We could never find anything in my garage because the garden tools were piled in the corners or on the floor. I even bought an extra shovel because I couldn't find the one I had. These garage hooks are durable and very well made. They have allowed me to organize my garage much better by using the wall space to hang things. The metal welds very well. The orange plastic coating prevents rust and also looks good on my garage wall. I really don't like sticking things directly into the drywall. I took some 1" x 4" planks of wood, screwed them to the studs and painted them to match my garage wall. I then used quality wood screws to attach the hooks to the 1" x 4" wooden boards. The hooks are much stronger and won't pull out of the wood like with drywall.
