Love the fit - I'm 5ft 7" and under 130lbs. Size S fits me perfectly but not tight. I'm not sure about her rashguard, but it's called a sun shirt, so it should be the right size. The material is good and breathable, the only thing I don't like is the drying time. As soon as I received the package, I rode my bike outside around 4:00 p.m. (I live in a humid and hot area), I sweated more than usual, but this t-shirt never dried out. Luckily I ordered dark colors so it doesn't stand out 😄 Overall I really like this t-shirt because it's comfortable to wear. Just note if you need to dry off quickly during exercise.
