After opening the box I replaced the injectors with smaller ones as this is for my 110's. . I used a Nibbi manifold adapter for the initial install, but it was a tight fit, so I removed the intake manifold and adapter, cut the flange off the stock manifold, and used a Nibbi silicone sleeve to attach the carburetor to the modified inlet manifold , which ended up working great. I threw a Wingsmoto 48mm filter at it and the bike caught fire. Screws tightened, hit a good 1500rpm idle and drove off. So far so good, feels a lot better than the stock 18mm carb. Restarted, no choke needed, idle is crisp, spark plug checked, everything looks fine.
