After opening the box I replaced the injectors with smaller ones as this is for my 110's. . I used a Nibbi manifold adapter for the initial install, but it was a tight fit, so I removed the intake manifold and adapter, cut the flange off the stock manifold, and used a Nibbi silicone sleeve to attach the carburetor to the modified inlet manifold , which ended up working great. I threw a Wingsmoto 48mm filter at it and the bike caught fire. Screws tightened, hit a good 1500rpm idle and drove off.

There are very few reviews mentioning if this carb works with ttr125. I can confirm this works for my 2004 ttr125le. It requires you to drill out the cover the same way you did the popular mikuni vm24 swap. The stock manifold cover clamp between cylinder head and carburetor is not tight enough, but the hose clamp works fine. My son bought his 2021 SSR 125 in April this year. Was working great until a few weeks ago. It wouldn't have made it through a steady idel and hard swamp at around 27 mph.
