I don't do reviews on something like this until I have had them for a while. I have had this for about 6 months at this point. To put this review in some context it is important to understand that I have 4 PCP's. I shoot a lot. I have an Air Force Texan, a couple of Avengers, and a Seneca .357. These all use a lot of air. Yesterday while I was shooting I blew a hole in the fill line. This is the first issue I have had with this machine after hundreds of fills. When I got home I sent the seller a message. That was on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. When I contacted them I just asked if they could tell me how to get another hose. I was fully prepared to buy the new part since I have had this as long as I have, and given the amount I use it. It owes me nothing. This morning I checked to see if they had responded and they had. They wanted to confirm the hose was for the correct machine, and my address was still the same. They are sending me a new hose free of charge! That prompted me to come in and leave a positive review. Not only have the compressor done me well, now the seller is going above and beyond to make sure I am happy. I not only recommend buying this compressor if you are in the market, I recommend this seller. They had no obligation to replace the broken part, and I was not angry in the message I sent them so there was no prompting them to send me the new part other than how they deal with customers.So to the seller I want to say thank you! You have gone above and beyond when you didn't have to!
