I still like the thermometer and it's in .
So far I've used it to fry fritters and donuts. I bought this for my homemade fudge but haven't made it since Christmas 2014. I still love the thermometer and it sits in a very convenient place in my kitchen. I have bought so many thermometers, including old ones. My search for an accurate thermometer is over. It's right on the money, and the digital is so easy to read. I really like this product.
