quick solution! - Wall Repair

I've always used to use nail putty that can be squeezed or scooped - that was great. But we are selling our house and have decided that it will be good for our karma if we patch up any holes left by our massive art collection. There are hundreds. I decided to branch out and try this product - just seeing all the holes I had to squeeze my regular fountain pen into made my hands ache. The thought of going with a small deodorant-like tube seemed like a quicker option, so I ordered even though it was a bit more expensive. When this putty arrived everything had smashed against the wall of the container - like it had melted? I turned the lid upside down and screwed it on so it could recover and get to work. Using a cap as a smoother as suggested is terrible - I tried it on a hole and immediately grabbed a plastic scraper. I went through a room, turned it into holes and then went back and smoothed it out with a scraper. It took me about 2 minutes to make 34 holes. MARVELOUS. And you can also simply roll the product back into the tube and scrape the excess back in from the scraper, reducing product loss too! Some large holes will require a second coat of paint, but those are the only ones I've seen shrinkage. I am very satisfied with this product! Just don't forget to add the plastic spatula to your cart!
