It's actually a fairly simple product - powder coated flat bent steel. And these guys didn't screw up - they did a great job. I've read in some other reviews of other similar products that they were a bit brittle and could flex and bounce under the speaker's weight. Not this one. They are very strong, steel not aluminum. My speakers aren't even beginning to test their power handling, but I can see that they can easily handle a lot more.
