Overall great product. Can't find any cons. Works very well and is very comfortable. I often damage corks with a manual opener and this one suits me much better. Other accessories are also very useful. I especially like vacuum seals, which remove excess air from an open bottle and keep the wine fresh. The aerator head also helps release water without spilling. I received my first order damaged in transit and Revain was quick to send me a replacement. Very happy with the service.
