NOT compatible with A1707.
I read it carefully and the description clearly says: β’ "Compatible with: MacBook Pro 2016/2017 13 inch A1708 A1707 A1706". A NOTICE. **A1707** is included in this listing. There is no doubt that it can work with other models, but it does not and CANNOT work with the A1707 as the memory for this MacBook Pro is soldered to the motherboard. There are no removable drives or backup options. I found out AFTER I bought the adapter and sent it back.
