They also sent me bad pumps from factory parts so that's it.
I replaced the power steering pump on my 2009 Buick Enclave with a Ustar pump. The first pump they sent had low pressure and had to be sent back. The second worked great. They replaced without question and were very responsive and paid to ship the low pressure pump back. Had to replace twice but was happy with the second pump.
