It's easy to use because it has all the functionality I need (like CRM integration), I can set up my rules in no time! The UI could be more intuitive as well. Also, there are some bugs with the bot itself that sometimes make me think twice before using it again. That being said, their customer support team always responds super fast and works hard at solving issues. They also provide training sessions so you don't have to do everything yourself right away. Just give them a try. We were able to streamline our sales calls process by setting up bots for each department we had. Now users can just click an option from his/her dashboard instead of going through multiple screens to get what they want. I like that it's easy enough to use without any training required! The interface can be very confusing at first but once you get used to it there are many helpful features in place such as auto-responders/funnels. It has helped us solve our lead generation problems by creating automated conversations with leads via Messenger or WhatsApp. We've been able to close more deals faster which means we're getting more sales overall.
