No instructions but very bright
These things are pretty easy to work with even though they don't have instructions. Simply connect the white wire with the orange stripe to any power source (car battery, but you will need a switch and fuse) or to an existing power source such as a light bulb socket in the trunk and the pure white wire will be grounded.
