The best thing is that you can run a fundraiser without having to hire someone or pay for software. You are in charge of everything from managing donors/entrants right through to delivering prizes. It's really user friendly which I like because we have volunteers who don't always do things "by the book". We also use this as an internal tool so there isn't much support if something goes wrong but they will be able to help via email (which helps with our time management). If you're looking at doing fundraisers it's worth checking out - especially as an alternative to hiring staff. As mentioned above though, there aren't any downsides other than maybe not being able to see exactly how many entries we've had over time. For example, when you add new tickets, you need to manually check that the amount has been.
