Local's Women's Flip Flops

I fell in love with Local's Hawaiian flip flops in 2006. I've been buying them online ever since, and every time I get a size 10, which is a 67-foot height in the United States. I received this pair and they were too small. So I ordered the next size up from another company, they were an 11 and 12 and they were too big. So this is not a bad rating for the seller, but rather a question of what has changed about these flip flops. Anyone out there know?
