This is a well made, durable nail hammer/chisel. Made in Japan with attention to detail, comfortable grip and well finished head with a concave and a percussion head. This makes it a versatile hammer. The environment can affect the fit of the heads, moisture causes the wood to expand, and dry environments can cause it to shrink. If this is a problem, it's easily fixed by sticking a wedge in. I love this hammer.
