Review on UGEARS 70031 Treasure Wooden Assembly Kit: No Glue Required by Joshua Vogel

I really like the look of this treasure chest and wanted to give it to my mum. But it doesn't open properly. I've overlooked a key assembly area and as a result I'm having a hard time opening the lid without fear of breaking it. Always read the instructions before reassembly and if possible test them before proceeding as you may not realize they are not working until everything is assembled and too difficult to disassemble to figure out what the problem is. I can try again but after a break as this is a test of patience. DEFINITELY NOT FOR A BEGINNER. But I will end up buying another one as a gift but keeping this one as a showpiece.
