Arrived fairly quickly and the price was the best I could find. Two cartridges arrived, each sealed/boxed for storage if needed. There were no instructions on how to replace the ink supply other than a recommendation to remove the yellow tape prior to installation. I was wondering if the ink supply part was covered in plastic as there was an open hole in the ink supply unit remote from the printer, but the printer itself took care of that. My printer is happy with the new ink cartridge and so am I. It works fine with my Brother J4500W. Since this is a 103 I expect it to last longer than the 101 OEM cartridge that came with the printer.
