Great piece but too big and stays lodged in drill

This product gets stuck in my compact drill and it takes WD-40, pliers, and a hammer to take it out each time. It’s too thick and gets lodged. However, it’s durable and packs a punch to finish a job. This product is going to destroy my drill if I continue to use it.
