We ordered two stools, red and blue. The kids love them - their feet are on the ground now and they mostly sit up and sway as instructed, concentrating on their distance learning. The problem is that the red seat has moved backwards. We were tempted to live with this for fear the customer service would be poor, but it was impossible to fix ourselves. So we emailed Storex and it's amazing - Marina from Storex emailed us the same day and confirmed we were getting a new pouf. Amazing, seriously. How often do you have to fight to fix something? As a mother of two and all the times we're going through, it's been a wonderful relief. I advise everyone to buy.
