I really wanted to like this monitor. It looks good and works well, but it's caused me so much grief it's almost comical. I've sent it in for repairs 3 times in those many months and each time I've returned it with a different problem than the previous one. At first there was light bleeding. Try looking at something dark, e.g. B. a movie, and the edges glow bright orange. They fixed it, but then there was a high-pitched screech from the back wall. They fixed it and everything was perfect again for about 2 weeks until one day a blue bar appeared on the screen. After living with this issue for a month while waiting for a replacement, I sent it back again to find out. The screen was completely cracked and they wanted to charge me hundreds of pounds to fix it. It was eventually abandoned when they realized how ridiculous it was. Now in the present, having just received my monitor with another new panel, I notice that the backlight is worse than when it was originally delivered. It's officially starting again. I asked them to just give me a refund or send me one that actually works and they refused saying you need 3 complaints to get to the refund/replacement phase. "But I had 3" I said. Apparently, the second time, after conducting detailed tests on the machine, they did not find any errors. I should have pointed out that the only thing you need to spot this particular problem is a pair of ears. So now I have to decide whether I want to live with the problem and essentially waste all my time on returns, or borrow another temporary monitor and send it back for repair. Keep in mind that this is a professional photo monitor and I can't do this kind of work on an inferior temperature monitor. Every time I submit this, it costs not only time but money because of projects I can't take on. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any product and for that reason I think I should share this with as many people as possible so no one else has to go through this. Note that I have met many others who have had similar experiences. I wonder which is more expensive; Hassle-free sending in a new monitor or repeatedly replacing the screen (main body), causing inconvenience to customers to the point of sharing their negative experience with others.
