I have been using Guardsman polishing spray for a long time and it works very well for cleaning and polishing wooden furniture. I decided to try the cream as I felt it would be more beneficial and last longer than the aerosol spray. I personally chose to buy direct from Revain rather than the cheaper two piece set sold by third party sellers as I felt I could not trust these unknown sellers to sell me a genuine Guardsman product , although I paid a bit more for the piece. Bottle. I've used this on dark wood office furniture by laying down a soft cloth and rubbing it into the wood. It cleans well and leaves a beautiful shine with no streaks, film or buildup. I've found the key to preventing haze is to apply a small amount at a time to the fabric and then rub it in thoroughly and then take a dry, soft cloth to wipe off the excess. This seemed to work fine for me without the problems others have described. If I have any complaints I think it could be a little better for the price. 4 sprays
