Review on 10Ft Patio Umbrella With Infinite Tilt And Resilient Recycled Fabric Canopy: Perfect Addition To Your Outdoor Living Space by Stephanie Jonsson

Don’t waste your money

UPDATE: The company has since reached out and is completely correcting the situation. The product may have been a swing and a miss, but the customer service is a home run. I added stars because of this.We figured we would try this umbrella because of the price, but it was a waste of time and money. On a day with zero breeze, it works well enough. But if even a SLIGHT gust comes through, this umbrella gets pushed all over the place. There are set screws on the post that tighten down and I imagine are supposed to prevent that from happening, but they might as well not even be there. Functionality may be bad, but it seems durability is even worse. We’ve had it for a month and the "sway strap” has already ripped off the umbrella (even though we took it down on windy days). And of course, we missed the return window by 3 days. So don’t waste your money, just spend an extra $75 and get a solid patio umbrella. On a side note, I gave them 2 stars because my wife was able to assemble the umbrella while I was at work. So there’s that.

Pros
  • OUTSTANDING STABILITY: To reduce swaying and increase the overall strength of our umbrella, we have upgraded to PA66 nylon with a sturdy iron cover at the joint. The pole shaft has been switched to AL alloy and the internal structure of the joint has been modified to increase durability and wear. Just attach the canopy strap to the main pole and our umbrellas are ready for years of use!
Cons
  • Difficult to store in the winter months
