We ordered another umbrella because the one we ordered two seasons ago is still holding up very well. All umbrellas fade, but these seem to hold their (dark blue) color, and still work great. Update: I was able to finally find a way to contact customer support by going through Walmart support. Support email for them is support@wikiwiki-us.comI figured out the issue. It is just a poor design. The housing with the handle on it collects water when it rains and does not drain. When it gets cold this water freezes and makes it nearly impossible to turn the handle. The umbrella covers a good area without the bulky base of a traditional umbrella to trip over. It does move around a lot more in the wind but it has been sturdy since installed. I used a 4" PVC pipe buried in the ground as a base. Added a 2" PVC pipe for the umbrella to sit on inside the 4" pipe. Added a 1.5" PVC inside and extended up to add stability. You will need to buy a base for this to keep it upright. Great quality. Great size. Arrived quickly. Only down side is the straps don't hold the umbrella in place when the wind blows. They ripped right off the fabric. This said, it's a great value for the money.
