Amazing Raisins! A must in every kitchen!

Perfect weight and length. I've never tried it before, but I've seen chefs on TV do it for everything. Tried with fish and salad. It really adds a lot of flavor and brightness. This is an absolutely essential kitchen item. This is a high quality Cester. The weight is perfect against a hard lemon. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It's worth it for the freshness of the food.
