I read over 20 reviews and they are the reason I bought this case. I've read that some said it was difficult to put on, but it only took me about 3 minutes and I'm a woman. :) However, you have to be patient, I think that's the main thing. I have a 2002 Wrangler TJ, my handlebars are 15 inches long and fit perfectly. I love to feel! Its soft softness makes it very comfortable. I especially like the look it adds. I am very happy with the look, feel and quality of my purchase! Thanks!
