I need a wire stripper so the wire runs on the end and not the side (the side is normal for most wire strippers). While this tool is plastic and may seem a bit "tacky," it did a wonderful job of stripping both solid and stranded wire from 20 gauge to 12 gauge. Not a single wire was cut or cut.
