The fit is very loose compared to the original, the compatibility is not the same as the original.
The original disc was stuck and had to be unscrewed. This washer is larger, falls onto the drain plug, and is very, very loose. Noticeable shift from side to side. I wouldn't call it a close comparison to OEM. Pretty versatile fit and thickness. Luckily I have to rinse it twice more so I'll order an OEM washer for the last drain and fill my Honda Odyssey.
