I've been using this for about 3 weeks and to be honest I have no real complaints. Works remotely with no issues. Installation was pretty easy and straightforward. This can be scary for most people, but it's an easy install, just make sure you turn off the power. However, it does not contain instructions on how to manage the application and the Wi-Fi function. Had to email the seller for instructions and the correct app to download. I have included pictures of instructions and an application to download. Works well with Google Home. I'm not sure about Alexa. The only downside that doesn't really matter is that you can't control the "light" feature with your voice via Google Home, but overall this is a great product at an amazing price compared to other Wi-Fi fan controls.
