In one word - the ability to be flexible with deadlines, deliver what they say and work until it's done right. I've enjoyed working alongside them for over 10 years. They are always responsive when i need something done fast or late - without any hassle. So far so good. Not really anything bad to mention about their services. Good experience overall. I like how simple but effective it can be. It's very easy to use and comes with a lot of different options for customizing your logo. Some of the templates are quite basic and could need some work. For example, if you want to have a more professional look, you might end up spending hours customizing things that shouldn't take much time or effort at all. I'd suggest trying it out first to see if it fits what you're looking for. It's great for branding your business or project.
