This is a perfect replacement for the Ducati Monster 800. Removal and installation is easy. 1) Remove the gas filler cap screws; remove the top of the gas filler 2) remove the tiny Allen screws on the sides of the neck 3) remove the neck; sits very tight, caution 4) pull the filter out of the bracket 5) unscrew the clamps and disconnect the hoses from the old filter (note the arrow) 6) connect the hoses to the new filter 7) assemble reinsert the filter in the support 8) the neck; the gasket (black rubber piece) is difficult 9) Reinstall the socket head screws 10) Reinstall the gas filler and reinstall the screws Voila!
