Review on Actron CP9150 AutoScanner Diagnostic Scanner by Warrick Batebi

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very Satisfied: Code Readers and Scan Tools

For the money this scanner is as close as you can get to the DRBII which I use as a Chrysler technician. Now I use a laptop and DRBIII(R). However, this scanner pack works just like DRBII on any Chrysler before OBDII. You cannot scan any of the Mitsubishi products sold under Eagle, Colt or some Chrysler imports. Cartridge and special cable required. But Chrysler 95 and above can be used with cp9150. I think it's great, but don't expect any generic to have access to TCM, BCM, ABS, and the dozen or more modules that the $5,000 DRBIII scans. Although for the money is the best generic. Stock up on Laptop, Mazda and Chrysler LH cables and you're good to go.

Pros
  • Large, easy-to-read LCD display shows DTCs and their descriptions; Updatable online
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
